NSH is officially opening presenter applications as we continue building a fresh new online radio station focused on massive music, high energy and great personalities.

We’re looking for passionate presenters, DJs and music lovers who want to be part of something exciting from the ground up.

Whether you’re experienced behind the mic or completely new to radio, we want to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For

At NSH, personality matters more than perfection.

We’re looking for presenters who:

• can connect with listeners

• understand modern music culture
• can entertain, not just talk

You don’t need years of experience or expensive equipment to apply.

If you’ve got passion, creativity and a great attitude, that’s what counts.

What Makes A Good Application?

The best applications are the ones that feel genuine.

Tell us:

• who you are
• what music you love
• what kind of show you’d like to create
• why you want to join NSH
• what makes your show different
• whether you have any previous radio or DJ experience

And most importantly:
show us your personality.

We’d much rather hear somebody with real energy and originality than a robotic “radio voice.”

Demo Recommendations

If possible, include a short demo recording.

This doesn’t need to sound perfect.

Even a simple 2–5 minute recording introducing yourself and playing a few links between songs can massively help your application stand out.

Things we like hearing in demos:

• confidence
• personality
• natural delivery
• enthusiasm
• creativity
• good music knowledge

Don’t overthink it.
Just be yourself.

Technical Requirements

You don’t need a professional studio setup to apply, but a decent microphone and stable internet connection are important for live broadcasting.

Bonus points if you already have:

• basic DJ software knowledge
• streaming experience
• social media skills
• audio editing experience
• playlist curation skills

But again — attitude matters more than expensive gear.
